By downloading, installing, or using the Pain2Care application ("App") or website (pain2care.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tech4Pioneers ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Pain2Care is a personal health and safety documentation tool designed to help individuals track chronic pain, log symptoms, document incidents, and access guided recovery resources. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using Pain2Care you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Free Trial: New users receive a 5-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.
Paid Plans: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Normal €2.99/month or Premium €4.99/month). Prices are in EUR inclusive of applicable VAT.
Apple App Store: Subscriptions purchased via the App Store are subject to Apple's payment terms. Billing is managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device.
Google Play Store: Subscriptions purchased via Google Play are subject to Google's payment terms. Billing is managed through your Google account. To cancel, open Google Play → Subscriptions and cancel Pain2Care.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted to Google. Tech4Pioneers does not process refunds directly for in-app purchases made through these platforms. We will cooperate with platform refund processes where required.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the App or its related systems; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (e) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Pain2Care is for personal tracking and documentation purposes only. The App does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Tech4Pioneers and are protected by Finnish and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech4Pioneers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oulu, Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
